Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your A&D Medical UA-611 Blood Pressure Monitor, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging with all accessories included

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

 

Warranty

Your blood pressure monitor comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty (excluding the cuff and batteries). If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us and we will arrange a repair or replacement.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
